1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CryptoX ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CryptoX is a peer-to-peer (P2P) cryptocurrency exchange platform that facilitates the trading of USDT (Tether) with Indian Rupees (INR). Our services include:

  • USDT buying and selling services
  • Multi-network support (Ethereum, Tron, BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum)
  • Order tracking and management
  • Customer support services
  • Market data and analytics

3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a legal resident of India
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using Google OAuth or phone number verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Trading Terms

5.1 Order Processing

All orders are subject to verification and approval. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our discretion for security or compliance reasons.

5.2 Fees and Charges

Trading fees are clearly displayed before order confirmation. Fees may change with prior notice. Network fees for blockchain transactions are separate and variable.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept UPI and bank transfers for INR transactions. All payments must be made from accounts in your name. Third-party payments are not allowed.

6. Risk Disclosure

Important Risk Warning

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

  • Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and can fluctuate significantly
  • Network congestion may cause delays in transaction processing
  • Sending funds to incorrect addresses may result in permanent loss
  • Regulatory changes may affect service availability

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Attempting to manipulate prices or markets
  • Using automated trading systems without permission
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

CryptoX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
